We collect information you voluntarily provide to us when you join our waitlist, including:

  • Name - your first and last name
  • Email address - to communicate waitlist updates
  • Device platform - iPhone, Android, or both (to tailor launch communications)
  • Referral source - how you found out about Next10 (optional)
  • Feature suggestions - any optional feedback you provide

Information Automatically Collected

When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect technical information, including browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, device type and screen resolution, pages visited and time spent, approximate geographic location (country/region level), and anonymised IP address.

We do not collect your precise location, financial data, government identification numbers, or any special category personal data as defined under GDPR Article 9.

Your waitlist data is stored securely via Google Sheets (processed through Google Apps Script), subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages, subject to GitHub's Privacy Statement.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to your personal data is restricted to those with a legitimate need to process it.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers - Google (Google Sheets / Apps Script) for waitlist storage; GitHub for website hosting. All are bound by data protection agreements.
  • Analytics Providers - Anonymised, aggregated usage data may be shared with analytics services.
  • Legal Requirements - We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business Transfers - In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, with appropriate notice to you.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. Your waitlist position is determined on a first-come, first-served basis based on submission timestamp, without any algorithmic scoring.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately at privacy@next10.live and we will take prompt steps to delete it.

11. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites such as Instagram, X (Twitter), and others. These links are provided for convenience only. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

  • Waitlist data - Retained until the app launches and waitlist members are onboarded, or until you request deletion.
  • Analytics data - Retained in anonymised/aggregated form indefinitely; individual session data for up to 26 months.
