By accessing our Site, joining our waitlist, or otherwise interacting with any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a company, organisation, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
Next10 is a pre-launch mobile productivity application designed to help users set meaningful long-term goals and build daily habits that align with those goals. The Site currently operates as an informational landing page and waitlist registration system for the forthcoming mobile app.
Next10 is currently in active development. We do not make representations about the final features, pricing, availability, or launch date of the application. All such details are subject to change without notice.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Site. If you are between 13 and 16 years of age and located in the European Economic Area, you must have obtained valid parental or guardian consent prior to using the Site or submitting any personal information.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, app screenshots, interface designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Next10 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our Site without our prior written consent, except that you may:

The Site and any related services are provided in a pre-launch, informational capacity. The Next10 mobile application has not yet been released. Features described on the Site represent our current development roadmap and may change materially before, during, or after launch.
Early access, beta access, or waitlist priority is not guaranteed by joining the waitlist. We will communicate our access rollout strategy to waitlist members via email ahead of launch.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.00.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, or remove you from the waitlist, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests, or for any other reason.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Next10 with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
